Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery
• Dubai: Same-day delivery is available for eligible orders.
• Other Emirates (UAE): Delivery within 1–2 business days.
• GCC Countries: Delivery within 3–7 business days, subject to customs clearance.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Our medical diagnostic self-test kits contain temperature-sensitive components. Products are packed carefully before dispatch. Once delivered, customers are responsible for storing the products according to the storage instructions provided with the test kit.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS (where available).
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your order. SafecareBio Test Kits is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the package and product so we can investigate and assist you.
