At SafecareBio Test Kits, we are committed to providing high-quality medical diagnostic self-test kits.
Returns
Due to the hygienic, safety, and temperature-sensitive nature of our products, all BioSure Test Kits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
Our self-test kits contain sensitive diagnostic components that require controlled storage conditions. Once a product has been delivered, we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled. Therefore, returns are not accepted to ensure product safety and quality.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Each request will be reviewed individually. If approved, SafecareBio Test Kits will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after the claim has been approved.
